1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdsToAgent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdsToAgent is an AI-powered advertising analytics platform that allows you to connect your ad platform accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and query your advertising data using natural language. The Service provides insights, reports, and AI-generated recommendations based on your advertising performance data.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ad Platform Connections

When you connect your advertising accounts to AdsToAgent:

• You authorize us to access your advertising data through official platform APIs.
• You represent that you have the authority to grant this access.
• We access data in read-only mode and do not modify your campaigns, budgets, or targeting settings.
• You can revoke platform access at any time through your Settings page or directly through the ad platform.
• Our use of platform data is governed by each platform's Terms of Service and API policies.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with limited features (1 ad account).
• Paid Plans: Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($49/mo), Business ($249/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to scrape or harvest data beyond your authorized ad accounts
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate restrictions
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by AdsToAgent and protected by intellectual property laws. Your advertising data remains your property. We claim no ownership over your ad platform data or the insights generated from it.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your advertising data and generate insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for advertising decisions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for verifying insights before acting on them.
• AI recommendations do not constitute professional advertising or financial advice.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsToAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsToAgent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
